Shipping Policy — Briwater®

Thank you for shopping with Briwater®. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

After an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on logistics operations, carrier performance, customs procedures, or other factors outside our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Briwater® offers free standard shipping on all orders, unless otherwise stated during special promotions or campaigns.

Any additional shipping options, if available, will be shown at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to become active after the order has been shipped.

5. DELAYS

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • carrier or logistics issues  
  • customs procedures  
  • incorrect shipping information  
  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Briwater® is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external logistical factors.

6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If incorrect information is provided and the order has already been shipped, Briwater® cannot guarantee that the shipment can be redirected.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

7. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned because it was not collected or delivery was refused, customers may request a reshipment.

In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply.
