Terms of Service — Briwater®

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT ACCESS  
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that:

  • You meet the legal age required in your country of residence.  
  • You are authorized to enter into binding agreements.  
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities that occur under it.  
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase.  
  • You may not share or transfer your account to third parties.

2. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATIONS  
We strive to display accurate product information, descriptions, and images.  
However, variations in color or appearance may occur due to display differences or production batches.

Briwater® reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective expectations or that all details will be error-free.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE  
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these Terms.  
Briwater® reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

Your order becomes binding once payment is received and confirmed.  
We may contact you if additional information is needed to process it.

Cancellations after confirmation may not be possible.

4. PRICES, TAXES & PAYMENTS  
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT or sales tax when required by law.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY  
Briwater® ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs.  
Shipping times are estimates.

Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer in accordance with Article 67 of the Vienna Convention (CISG).

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All site content—text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and code—is protected under international copyright and trademark laws, including the Berne Convention and WIPO treaties.

You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY  
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure.  
Shopify is not a party to transactions between you and Briwater® and is not responsible for issues related to sales, shipping, or customer support.

By using our store, you release Shopify from any claims related to purchases or services provided by Briwater®.

11. USER COMMENTS & REVIEWS  
If you submit reviews, suggestions, or content (“Feedback”), you grant Briwater® a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such content in any medium.

You declare that you hold the necessary rights to your submissions and that they do not violate third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove or edit offensive, misleading, or illegal content.

12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS  
Occasionally, the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.  
We reserve the right to correct them, update information, or cancel affected orders without prior notice.

  • The Vienna Convention (CISG);  
  • EU consumer protection laws;  
  • Consumer protection laws of the buyer’s country.

Where allowed, disputes shall be resolved before the courts of the EU Member State where Briwater® is established, unless consumer-protection laws state otherwise.

Briwater® may modify or update these Terms at any time in accordance with international consumer law.
